In order to qualify as a dealer, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be a registered business with a retail location or a website
- Most states will require you to be a registered motor vehicle dealer. You must comply with all laws of Federal Government and laws in your state
- You must have the ability to purchase at least 10 bikes at a time (approximately $10,000 investment). In addition, you must be willing to pre-order your inventory 30 days in advance. Your price per scooter will be significantly reduced if you order a container at a time (50-75 bikes).
- You must agree to actively promote Baron scooters and not solely rely on our web advertising. You must be able to demonstrate how you will promote Baron bikes. This includes
print advertising, web advertising etc.
- You must have mechanical ability to work on scooters. This includes assembly, repair etc.
- You must agree to handle your own customers. If customer has a technical issue, you must be prepared to handle it and not refer the customer to Baron Motorcycles for service.
- You must agree not to engage in dumping practices. Price competition among dealers will not be tolerated.
- If you wish to be listed on our website, you can not carry a competitive brand that sells for a lower price.
