Baron Motorcycles, inc. guarantees materials of all motorcycles with 150cc and
250cc engines to be free of defects for 1 year or 3000 miles, whichever occurs
first. This warranty covers all parts (bumper to bumper) on the motorcycle.
During the warranty period, Baron Motorcycles, Inc. will deliver replacement parts free of charge either to a dealership that is servicing the vehicle or directly to the end user. Baron Motorcycles, Inc. WILL NOT be responsible for any labor charges incurred during repair of the vehicle, even if the vehicle is within the warranty period.
Baron Motorcycles, Inc. reserves the right to request defective parts to be sent back to its warehouse for inspection before shipping replacement parts. Shipping charges for the parts sent back will be the sole responsibility of the party requesting new parts.
Parts that are damaged as a result of collision or shipping are not covered by this warranty. Damage to tires due to road hazard is not covered by this warranty. Freight costs associated with delivery of motorcycles to us or shipping them back to the owner or dealer are not covered.
Warranty is transferrable only with permission from Baron Motorcycles, Inc. Vehicles purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under this warranty.
